Customize each habit with a unique name, icon, and color to match. ### Daily overview The main view, called "Today", shows all the habits due today, ordered and grouped by time. ### Complete or skip Swipe right to complete the habit, swipe left to skip on that day. ### Set frequency with advanced options Possibilities include: - Daily ("Every day") - Daily multiple times ("Every day twice", "Every day 32 times") - Every other day - Weekly, with the option to set certain days ("Mondays", "Weekdays", Wednesdays and Thursdays", "All weekdays except Friday", "Only on weekend days", ...) - Every two/three weeks ("Every two weeks on Sundays") - Monthly, on certain days ("the 2nd day", "3rd Thursday of the month", "1st weekend day") ### Set at what time you want to perform the habit Possibilities include: - In the morning - In the afternoon - In the evening - Any time - Exactly at (specify a time, "At 8:00 AM", "At 2:30 PM") For habits performed multiple times per day, set a time for each occasion ("First in the morning, second in the evening") ### Calendar views See your completions, represented by circles. Each circle represents a day, the colored ones are fully completed days, and the partially colored ones are partially completed days (e.g., 2/4 completed on that day). Tap on a circle to complete on that day. Works for days in the past, present, and future. Long-press a circle to get more options: - Mark (1) as completed - Mark all as completed - Undo completion(s) Weekly overview: see your completions over the last 7 days. Monthly overviews: see completions in the current month, open details per habit. ### Statistics Drill down and analyze your habits with detailed stats. Statistics include: - Total number of completions - Number of completions this month - Completions in a row ("streak") - only counting days on which the habit is due. Also includes visualization - Completion rate - Total completions divided by the total possible number of completions since the first completion - Longest streak - Number of completions per month in the past 8 months, visualized on a chart. - The most number of completions in a month - GitHub-like yearly overview, with a grid of 365 squares, each representing a day, in 7 rows, each representing a day. Opacity of the squares shows completion on that day. - Total number of completions in the current year ### Notifications Default notifications can be turned on per habit. These include: - Upcoming: A notification at the time of that habit ("Drink water, in the morning"). For multiple habits at the same time, you get a notification for each to provide a full overview. Long-pressing the notification allows you to complete or skip without opening the app. - Unfinished: If a habit was not completed 3 hours after its time, you get a notification. This is grouped by the first unfinished habit, and only a single one is sent on a given day, so as not to overwhelm. Extra notifications can be added for any habit, and the timing of it specified: - At the time of the habit - 30 minutes before - 1 hour before - 2 hours before - 1 day before - Exactly at (specify a time, "At 8:00 AM", "At 2:30 PM") ### Cloud sync The app uses iCloud to synchronize all data across devices and to prevent data loss if the app is deleted. ### Feature requests Have an idea to improve Simply Habits?
